Orders placed with us are processed within hours to ensure you get your items as soon as possible. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel or change your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we can no longer change it, and our change of mind returns policy will apply.
Yes! Our store is located in Milton, Brisbane, Queensland, and is open to the public. Every product you see online is also available to view, try on, and purchase in store. If you choose Click & Collect when placing an online order, we’ll pick and hold your items for you at the store. You can find our address and opening hours here.
Yes, we do! As long as the product is in its original, resaleable condition, you can return or exchange it. You can view our full policy and start a return here.
We know shopping online without trying things on first can be tricky. That’s why we created Try 2 Anything. Try 2 Anything allows you to include a prepaid return shipping label with your order, and easily send back any items or sizes that don’t suit you. You can learn more at Try 2 Anything
We know the feeling! That’s why we’ve added lots of helpful filters to make it easier to find the right product. For example, you can filter shoes by Width, Cushioning, and Drop, or sleeping bags by Shape and Temperature Limit — plus many more options.

Yes! Our website shows our live stock levels. Just select an item, and you’ll see how many we have available just above the “Add to Cart” button.
If something you’ve ordered turns out to be out of stock by mistake, we’ll get in touch within one business day to let you know about any delays or alternatives.
In the rare event that we can’t fulfil your order, we’ll issue a full refund straight away.
Even though we restock frequently, sometimes even our most popular products sell out before we can get more in.
The best way to get out-of-stock items is to subscribe to stock updates by clicking on a product marked as out of stock, and selecting “Email me when back in Stock”.
Some products can't be restocked, either because our supplier is out of stock, we can't source stock frequently enough, or the line is discontinued. If your heart is set on an item that is Out of Stock, you can contact us to find out when the product is coming back, or if there are any similar products you should consider.

Yes, you can! We have partnered with Afterpay to offer flexible payments for customers on orders between $100 and $2,000. Please see our Afterpay information page for terms and conditions. Please note Afterpay is a 3rd party, we cannot influence their financial decisions or process payments with Afterpay outside the website checkout. As a result, we are not able to offer Afterpay on Special Orders or Price Matches.
Nope! The final amount you see on the checkout page will be the exact amount that gets charged to your preferred payment method. Similarly, we do not have any surcharges for purchases made in our store in Brisbane.

This is completely normal. All orders go into a “processing” or “on hold” state once they’re placed. As soon as your payment is confirmed, we approve the order for dispatch. “On hold” simply means your order is waiting in our system to be packed and sent out.
We aim to dispatch orders within just a few hours of receiving them, so your order won’t stay in this stage for long.

We ship within Australia and to New Zealand only. Please note that certain products cannot be shipped to New Zealand, such as heavy items (e.g. Wahoo KICKRs) or products we are authorised to sell in Australia only. These restrictions are clearly marked on the relevant product pages.
All prices listed are in Australian dollars (unless otherwise specified) and include 10% GST (Goods & Services Tax) where applicable.
