Try 2 Anything is a $4.95 upgrade you can add at the checkout that makes returns quick and easy. It lets you order two or more items, try them on at home, and send back whichever products don't work best for you.

This is perfect for situations when you’re not sure which exact size you might be in a model of shoe, or if you want to try multiple colours.

Terms and conditions apply, Australian customers only. In particular, these items can not be returned with Try 2 anything.

How it works

  • Add all items you want to try to your cart. Then, add this item to your cart.
  • We’ll send out your items, along with a prepaid return shipping label.
  • Once you’ve finished trying your items, fill out the form included with your order. You can opt for a refund, store credit, or an exchange on any returned items You don’t need to contact us beforehand.
  • Package up the items you want to send back, including the completed form. All items need to be in their original condition, along with any packaging. Shoes must be tried on indoors, on non-marking surfaces.
  • Attach the prepaid shipping label, and send them back to us from your nearest Australia Post mailbox or post office.
  • Once we receive your items, we’ll action your preferred option.

FAQ

What’s the difference between a Try 2 Anything return and a regular return?

The key difference in Try 2 Anything is the convenience. Under our regular returns process, you need to fill out our form online, and wait for approval from our team before sending your items back. A Try 2 Anything upgrade includes a prepaid return shipping label in your order, and you don't need to wait for our approval to send your items back. If you'll definetly need to return some items from your order, the Try 2 Anything Upgrade is for you.

Can I use AfterPay?

Afterpay pairs perfectly with Try 2 Anything, allowing you to split payment for large orders into a payment schedule. If you return your items for a refund, AfterPay will adjust your payment schedule down accordingly.

What if I want to keep all the items in my Try 2 Anything order?

That’s great! If you’re sure you don’t want to return any items from your order, you can let us know via email at returns@wildfiresports.com.au. We’ll then refund you for the Try 2 Anything fee, since you won’t be using the prepaid label.

Can I return my whole Try 2 Anything order?

You certainly can. Follow the Try 2 Anything returns instructions as usual. If you opt for a store credit or exchange, we will process this for the full value of the products you're returning. If you opt for a refund you will be charged a $9.95 admin fee for returning your entire order, to cover our bank fees and costs in picking and sending your order.

Can I return items from another order with my Try 2 Anything return label?

This is generally fine, but please contact us at returns@wildfiresports.com.au regarding your case before returning, and we’ll let you know if we need any more information.

How long will it take to receive my refund/exchange?

Once posted back to us, return packages usually take between 3-10 business days to arrive back with us. After that, we aim to process all returns within 2 business days.

Try 2 Anything is only available for orders shipped in Australia.

Certain products can not be returned with the Try 2 Anything upgrade, such as final clearance items, food items, and electronics that have been turned on. For a full list of items we can not take back, see Items we can't take back for a change of mind return.

The Try 2 Anything fee is non-refundable if you use the included return shipping label.
